Here you will find everything important about our internal mentoring programme. You complete it automatically when you join CHECK24 Travel as a consultant or start in the CTO Taskforce.

1:1 Mentoring

As part of your onboarding, you receive direct access for one year to experienced leaders at CHECK24 and gain insights into real decision-making processes as well as our digital strategy.

In accompanying 1:1 mentoring sessions, you reflect on your first steps in the company – with open dialogue, personal feedback and targeted self-reflection. This way you build your communication and leadership skills from day one.

Feedback

You actively shape the mentoring experience: In two structured feedback rounds, you reflect together with HR and your mentor on progress, your development and possible next steps.

Open dialogue helps not only you get the most out of the programme, but also contributes to continuously developing mentoring further. This ensures that your individual goals stay in focus and you receive the best possible support.

Alumni

Even after the mentoring programme ends, your mentor remains an important point of contact: Personal contact continues and gives you the opportunity to stay in touch over the long term, discuss questions and receive new impulses for your development.
